Recreational classes are the perfect entry point for new athletes or those who simply want to enjoy the fun of Sport Aerobics without the pressure of competing. These sessions focus on the fundamentals of movement, teaching rhythm, coordination, and basic aerobic skills in a positive, supportive space. Athletes build fitness and confidence each week, all while making new friends and enjoying the excitement of working as part of the Pinnacle squad.
Sport Aerobics (Singles, Pairs, Trios)
Sport Aerobics competition classes bring together powerful skills, dynamic choreography, and stage presence. Athletes perform as individuals or with a partner/small group, with routines designed to highlight flexibility, jumps, and strength elements at a level suited to their experience. These classes are about unlocking potential and building resilience, as athletes learn to train with purpose and step onto the competition floor with pride and confidence.
fitness teams
Fitness Teams are all about energy, teamwork, and precision. Athletes come together in groups of 5–10 to perform fast-paced, high-intensity routines that showcase strength, endurance, and seamless synchronization. There’s nothing quite like the thrill of hitting the stage as a team, celebrating not only your own improvements but the growth of the group as a whole. Fitness Teams are a great option for athletes who love the buzz of working with others and feeding off the energy of a crowd.
skill development & fitness
These sessions are designed to take athletes to the next level, both in aerobics and in overall athletic ability. Focusing on strength, flexibility, endurance, and dynamic skills, these classes are where the foundation for every successful routine is built. Athletes are encouraged to challenge themselves physically and mentally, building the stamina needed to shine under the stage lights. Skill Development & Fitness sessions complement all competitive classes and are highly recommended for anyone wanting to push their performance further.
